·       Years of experience required – 3-5 years of experience. Someone who has energy to get things done, don’t need hand holding working independently and taking fairly open directions.

·       Good at answering why they are doing something this may fall into the Product Manager role too.

·       Wants someone who is technical enough (would love a highly technical person) but they don’t need someone super technical just needs someone who can understand it to help create the product for developers and can have the conversations around it.

·       Degrees or certifications required – Bachelors degree, preferably something computer related. Not an absolute must but is highly preferred.

·       Disqualifiers – no Scrum masters

·       Best vs. average – BEST – someone with product manager experience working on API’s and developer facing tools.

·       Performance indicators – Quality of work

·       Energy/Proactive/ Self Started (3+ years)          

·       Communication skills around Product Management (3+ years)   

·       Technical Understanding (3+ years
