Must Have Skills

- Should be certified, Scrum Master

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management (or) Transformation Project Management.

- 5+ Years experience in executing product implementation following Scrum methodologies

- Ability to work with Business stakeholders and lay out Epics, User Stories and Acceptance criteria

- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (Such as definition of done, Release Planning, Sprint planning, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement etc

- Understand Resource Capacity and take ownership in planning and executing multiple releases

- Hands-on experience in using Agile tools such as Jira, AzureSecDevOps, Rally etc.

- Hands-on experience on Project Management tools as needed

- Strong communication, leadership skills and presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willing to work in collaboration with stakeholders in different time zones(US and India)
