- 3-5 years Datastage ETL development
- 3-5 years SQL development and relational DB experience (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
- Expertise in ETL activities like Data Extraction, Data Modeling, Loading / (Full / Delta upload), scheduling data loads, and creating process chains
- Experience with job scheduling tools such as Opswise
- Experience with MSSQL and Stored Procedures
- Strong triage and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Atlassian Agile toolset (JIRA, Confluence)
- Previous experience with Retail is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) is preferred, but not required
- Work with Business Analyst and POS Engineers to implement promotion and price markdown file imports into POS
- Document design process to facilitate handoff to production scheduling and support teams
- Partner with QA Analyst to identify and resolve defects
- Ensure best possible performance and quality in Datastage deliverables
- Work with cross-functional IT partners to validate test results
- Work closely within the team to align on defect priority
- Participate in requirements gathering and documentation
- Consistently deliver quality shippable software to our customers, being part of our Agile development team
- Help foster a culture of knowledge building across the team
