Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Leading project planning sessions
•    Coordinating external and internal resources
•    Managing project progress and adapt work as required
•    Ensuring projects meet deadlines
•    Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
•    Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
•    Identifying and managing risk, issues, dependencies and assumptions
•    Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
•    Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
•    Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
•    Managing large and diverse teams

Qualifications
•    7+ years of project management experience 
•    SAFE Experience 1+ years required 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or management discipline 
•    Project Management Certification , PMP, PMP-ACP Preferred 
•    SAFE Certifications preferred 
•    CSM, CSPO or other agile certifications preferred 
•    Good Communication, Negotiation , Facilitation and Presentation Skills 
•    10+ years of SDLC experience 
•    Insurance Knowledge is a plus 
•    Experience handling multi-million-dollar programs/complex projects 
•    Experience handling resources in matrixed organizations 
•    Experience working with PMO
