- Minimum 8 years Hands-on experience in IBM BPM and IID.
- Having experience in Process modeling, workflows, integration with Mediations, BPEL.
- Having experience in Mediations and BPEL.
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having good exposure on customer interaction as it an customer facing role where s/he need to work from customer location in New York.
- Need to be proactive on taking initiatives.
- Worked on Agile methodology.
