Must have Sr level key skills: .NET & C#; Web API; Angular (or vue.js or React instead)

Have experiences of working as a Senior full-stack .NET developer on multiple
projects. 
Have good experiences in designing complex .Net applications. 
Demonstrate propensity to learn new technologies/keep skills updated. 
Know the “right” technology/method/approach to use and can explain it to
