Should have the ability to connect the business expectation to the right set of salesforce functionalities and propose the appropriate solution
Salesforce business analyst who is experienced in defining customizations (requiring code changes) in addition to configuration changes (done declaratively via the SF UI, user set up maintenance, create/maintain reports / dashboards, etc)
Experience in working with business partners to define new or enhanced Salesforce features that require customization
Salesforce development/Hands on experience with Salesforce.com (min. one External Certifications)
Beginner level of understanding of the Salesforce Application and products
basic knowledge and experience of Salesforce development and configuration.
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
5+ as BSA (not total IT Experience)
