- Have a good understanding on Agile principles.
- Has to run team on Scrum / Scaled agile framework.
- Have good understanding on Waterfall and Agile SDLC process.
- Have exposure to migrating teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC process.
- Have exposure to working with multi-vendor team that achieves same deliverable goal.
- Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.
- Have knowledge on tools like Version One (preferred) or CA Agile or Jira.
- Have good understanding on "Test driven development" in Agile.
- Have good understand on Software testing life cycle.
- Have project management skills and people management.
- Communication should be excellent.
- Should be able to enable Cognizant to achieve new positions and opportunity in allocated area.
Required Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must have skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading a team and mentoring team members
- 3+ Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment
