7+ years of hands-on experience in BI Data Analytics either in BusinessObjects/Sisense/Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik
BusinessObjects experience is a must to have and Sisense is very nice to have
Strong experience in SQL, ability to write complex SQL and Procedures
Strong exposure to business intelligence and data warehousing concepts, practices and procedures is a plus.
Thorough understanding of referential integrity concepts and hands on experience writing complex analytical and mining SQLs to perform data analysis.
Knowledgeable around web technologies and concepts (Rest API, Webservices, UI Frameworks)
Ability to interact and support ETL team and have a good knowledge on ETL/ELT concepts
Performance optimization on SQL and reporting components
Person needs to be Interacting with project stake holders to understand functional as well as technical requirements.
Work with Data Architects, Software developers, DBAs to achieve project objectives.
Experienced working in fast paced environment and desire to work/interact with a Global delivery environment.
Bachelor’s degree - preferably Data Analytics or Information Science.
Overall, 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of strong experience with SQL and Analytics.
Experience in writing and understanding of complex stored procedures and SQL analytical functions.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and building applications/tools/utilities using SQL, Python, Shell script and Sisense or other BI tools.
Experience with BO and Sisense is a huge plus.
Experience with DW/BI and related tools, understanding of ETL and ELT concepts
At least 4-5 years of experience with back end RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza is a plus)
Knowledge and exposure to Sisense Jscript and Python is advantageous
Must have 3-4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
