- Individual contributor with health care experience is highly preferred
- Participate in working sessions to understand the functional and technical requirements.
- Understand the data needs, current architecture limitations, and current infrastructure to validate the data solution that best meets the Client's needs
- Demonstrable experience in designing and maintenance of Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Data Architecture principles
- Work with the Architecture team to validate the overall data flows
- Understand and create high-level data model components - Fact-dimension matrix, logical data model, physical data model on both SQL & NoSQL Database
- Leverage and enforce standards for data naming conventions to ensure consistency and reuse of data models
- Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from SQL / NoSQL databases and scripts
- Create the conceptual design of the defined data solution
- Create logical & physical data model
- Validate business use cases for accuracy and completeness of proposed data models
- Document Technical and Business Metadata
- Create source to target data mapping
- Provide inputs for the ETL / Analytics/ Reports / Dashboards design
- Individuals must be familiar with FHIR, XML, and JSON concepts
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in business environments in Data Modeling for Operational Data Store/ Data Integration/ Data Warehouse / Data Lake implementations
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in develop
- Minimum of 6 years of experience using, validating, publishing, maintaining LOGICAL & PHYSICAL data models including SQL & NoSQLing data modeling tools such as ERSTUDO, Erwin, SQL Developer, etc.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with managing metadata for data models
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining all documentation for data model
Preferred Qualifications;
- Architecture and working knowledge of Snowflake
- Experience in developing ETL scripts is helpful
- Demonstrable experience in building SQL scripts as needed
- Individuals must have working experience with XML/JSON
