Drive consistent implementation of process, re-use of templates and artefacts that embraces the Agile mindset where the emphasis is on short iterations, rapid development and frequent Verification and Validation of deliverables. Develop, maintain and improve delivery processes and procedures.
Formulate and create functional / non-functional specification documentations in collaboration with various eDiscovery stakeholders and engineering teams. Manage feasibility studies and prototype modeling
Comfortable working on a cross-functional team where Business Analysts are part of the delivery team, working closely with team members, vendor resources and stakeholders to deliver and execute project activities.
Ensures that the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan and in adherence to our Change Governance Model
Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate.
Document lessons learned and ensure the implementation of continuous improvements recommendations. Act as a role model for junior staff and contribute to the wider eDiscovery Services team both individually and as a member of our leadership team, e.g. Coaching and cross training of junior team members in cross-functional team.
