1.            Experience in leading and managing largescale MDM engagements understanding the existing business challenges and perform fit gap analysis

2.            Technical and functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA MM and SD areas

3.            Have worked in Implementation project and committed to deliver

4.            Strong consulting skill, Industry domain expertise, business acumen and understanding of digital technologies in Master Data Domain in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities

5.            Experience in setting up and managing end to end processes in MM and SD areas with primary focus on the following area:

•             Material Master

•             Business partner (Supplier/ Customer)

6.            Knowledge of different views/fields and their usage. Should have knowledge of related configuration

7.            Working experience with BODS, LSMW, LTMC, BDC.

8.            Experience in creating data mapping sheets and working with the data extraction transformation and load teams

9.            Experience in data profiling and validating the extracted data to prevent any issues with wrong data flowing into the system

•             Understanding on SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology

•             Up-to date with SAP innovations

•             Certified in SAP S/4 HANA Application Development

•             Experience across multiple end-to-end (E2E) SAP implementation, cross application business process modeling, integration between SAP and non-SAP

•             Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline

•             Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders

•             Should be proficient in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads, IT leads and CxOs

•             Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams

•             System configuration

•             Create Functional Specifications for custom developments

•             Carry out Unit Test (Functional), Feature Integration Test and Product Integration Test

•             Participate in cutover and data migration activities
