- 5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping - developing, maintaining, and supporting various process optimization initiatives.
- Requirements gathering, requirements analysis, GAP analysis.
- Expert knowledge of business standards and analysis tools from Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Experience in working on projects within the Legal and Audit functions [nice to have]
- Proficient in articulating business requirements and further decomposing them into functional specifications using use cases, user stories, flow charts or other mediums for requirement illustration and design.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills shown through management of multiple stakeholders and LOBs; solving issues and providing recommendations when gathering valuable requirements that meet the stakeholders’ needs.
- Experience in requirement management, elicitation and managing scope such as conducting requirement workshops with end-users, development and QA teams, document analysis, interviews, `prototypes, surveys, focus groups and observation.
- Experience in conducting and documenting system and organizations processes for high performance and cost-effective controls and standardization in Digital Transformation.
- Working knowledge and understanding of process mapping and diagraming tools such as MS Visio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with exceptional team player attitude as well as flexibility towards managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with vast experience in process analysis and presentation
- Expert in Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.
Experience in O365 Power Apps, Power BI, Power Forms, etc.
