At least 5 years of experience with J2EE Technologies.

All development will be for or have touch points with the Genesys Voice Platform. Experience with Web Services:

WSDL XML RESTful Experience in genesys GAAP/GVP/Composer

Experience with Java technologies including Spring MVC and Spring WebFlow Familiarity with Java IDEs such as Eclipse or Spring STS.

Familiar with Gradle GIT GitHUB GITLab etc. around continuous integration and continuous delivery infrastructure.

Experience testing in REST services In-depth understanding of Genesys Contact Center platform andcomponents .

Should have experience in Genesys Pure Engage –on premise solution Agent Desktop/WWE customization Genesys Desktop customization Soft Phones.

Genesys desktop softphone integration using JSON XML RESTful Web APIs java scripts
