Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep the systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
 
Triage, investigate business and system issues related to the Application
Communicate with IT teams and business users to understand system requirements and prioritization of work 
Perform tasks and activities to maintain the application functionality
Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture
Resolve any production issues/perform Service requests based on user inputs
Monitoring the Oracle Application for availability
Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams
Propose solutions and providing design for system issues, new enhancement requirements
