Provide technical leadership in building out performance testing strategy, plan and frameworks for AUT based on a specific set of guiding principles, standards and best practices.

·  Provide guidance to development and dev-ops architects to set automation standards and govern compliance around those standards.

·  Design and develop enterprise wide, re-usable testing productivity components, frameworks based on the specified recommendations

·  Work with Continuous Integration team to integrate the automated testing into our daily development process and deployment pipeline.

·  Produce and execute Test Scripts with approved tools (i.e. JMeter, Selenium, etc.)

·  AWS experience

·  Drive Performance Testing Framework governance and adoption
