- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience required
- Experience in handling SAP projects in scrum methodology
- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
- 3+ years of leading SAP Scrum teams in using scrum methodology to ensure widespread adoption
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Kanban and traditional project management methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence-Wiki, or similar project tracking tool
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation skills, and an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
- Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs
- Analytic and logical thinking
- Self-starting and team-oriented, with the ability to mentor others
Preferred skills:
- Certified in SAFe Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Experience working in a ‘services’ environment
