- 8-10 years of experience in UX design.
- Very high Visual design skills (Master in Sketch & adobe creative suite)
- Skill on Interface design and Usability testing
- Collaborating with business product owners, and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly and easy to navigate design
- Experience on Requirements discovery and documentation
- Understand product specifications and business requirements
- Developing wireframes, task flows and prototypes based on customer needs
- Knowledge on HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Ability to critically evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements
- Ability to manage and own quality of deliverable to business users
- Ensures products meet high standards of usability, ADA compliance, and design excellence.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and document the business process flows
- Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Auto Finance, Mobility and Mobility finance – Will be added an advantage
