QualificationsExperience
Total 10 Years experience is MUST
Minimum of 2 years' Mortgage experience ina full-time business analyst role
Must had worked on LOS "loanorigination system”
Familiar with the Mortgage business processand able to document business requirements
Familiar with AGILE software and processtesting strategies and tactics Mortgage originations experience is preferred
Experience with all Microsoft Officeproducts and SharePoint is preferred
Expert skills in Microsoft Excel is highlydesired Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Utilize change controlprocedures and processes to maintain control on scope, schedule, and cost
? Determine and translatebusiness requirements into technology solutions
? Deploy appropriate levels ofend-to-end testing resources across the project
? Work with internal clientsto define requirements for system and process enhancements and changes
? Work with vendor to createcomprehensive requirements for all system enhancements and changes
? The document reports andobtain approval
? Perform testing onprocesses/applications including test planning, test execution, management ofdefect remediation, and documentation of test results
