·         Compile and reconcile stakeholder feedback on current and future state proposals

·         Writing user stories 

o    Including desired business value, acceptance criteria, test criteria, and technical support information 

·         Partner with Salesforce development team to present proof of concept and development demos to stakeholders

·         5+ years of BSAN experience with 2+ yrs experience working with Salesforce 

·         Self-starters, proactive

·         Experience with 

o    Salesforce SalesCloud and ServiceCloud

o    Zuora 

o    Marketo (or similar digital marketing manager)
