* The Business Analyst position will have responsibility for
supporting Cisco Meraki Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle management (PLM)
application.
* The primary responsibilities will include :-
* As a member of the business team, provide general support and assist
with the internal Oracle Agile processes adoption and product development
alignments
* Define new processes necessary to accomplish Product development
asks to fit into the Oracle Agile PLM tool.
* Assist in building a robust system architecture and process flow for
SCM transformational program
* Document requirements and create BRDs
* Assist cross-functional team members with test execution
* Act as liaison between business and technical teams to resolve
issues as they arise
Skills / Experience :-
* The position requires broad-based functional and technical
experience and proven track record in :
* Agile PLM Suite : PC : PG&C :
* Large scale project and program management
* Product Life Cycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM),
Master Data Management (MDM), and enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
applications
* Semiconductor, High Tech and Telecom Industry Knowledge
* Analysis of user requirements and concerns and ability to provide
best fit solution
* Full Lifecycle IT System Implementation - Requirements Management,
Functional Design, Functional Testing, UAT, Conversion / Roll Out, and
Production Support
* The candidate must have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed team
environment
* Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with
customers, peers, and matrix team members
Educational Requirements :
* Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related educational
background, or equivalent Minimum of 6-8 years of Oracle Agile PLM related
systems analysis and design experience in a highly matrixed environment.
