In this role, you will actively partner with Automation COE leadership, business stakeholders, operational excellence teams, subject matter experts, application delivery teams as well as your development teams on initiatives that support Cardinal Health strategic goals centered on using intelligent automation tools (RPA, AI, ML, Chatbots etc) to help improve operational efficiency, enhance capacity utilization and improve stakeholder experiences across the Cardinal Health enterprise. As an intelligent automation leader, you will help deliver technology solutions on an enterprise-wide scale that drive significant business value. You will work in an agile environment delivering user oriented solutions utilizing cutting edge technologies.
 
Job Responsibilities:  
•Develop high Quality RESTful services with best practices
•Build reusable API's using programming languages such as NodeJS, Python, etc.
•Develop and deploy serverless components hosted on GCP
•Develop enterprise grade software using modern languages/tools
•Build Swagger files and create API's using Apigee
•Enhance live applications by building new components
•Create libraries/modules to integrate with SaaS services
 
Required Qualifications:
•Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Node.JS ,JavaScript, R, etc.
•4-6 years of experience in building Cloud Native applications
•2+ experience with API management tools such as Apigee, Api gateway, MuleSoft, etc.
•Proven experience as an API developer or similar role
•Experience with modern full stack development
•Ability to effectively design software architecture
•Ability to write robust and TDD code
•Strong communication skills
•An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
•Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics or similar field
 
SPLUNK
•Familiarity with Splunk Search or similar pipeline-based text/data processing utilities. (AWK, SED, GREP, etc.)
•Experience with Splunk Visualizations or similar Charting/Graphing solutions.
•Working knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx)
•The ability to work with BAs to understand and cooperatively develop meaningful visualizations for the business.
 
Nice to have:
•Experience with Angular
•Experience writing code for AI /Cognitive applications
 
Desired Skills:
•Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
•Experience building solutions at Enterprise grade scalable solutions
•Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Strong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders of different skill sets.
