Senior level Java development experience primarily supporting back-end data processing architectures and solutions.
Responsible for the analysis, design, coding and testing of microservices that process system log files for reporting and analysis.

Primary skills involve developing applications running on Open Shift using Kafka and the Spring Boot framework.

Data pipeline development leveraging S3 data storage and providing data accessibility through APIs.

Preferred candidates will also have experience working with Apache Parquet data format and Presto SQL query engine.

DevOps experience preferred using GitHub, Jenkins and Spinnaker.

Must have a proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions with preference for Agile methodology. 

Strong communication skills are required. Minimum 6 years of prior Java development experience required.
