Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Admin, development, integration, and Lightning.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the platform is driving efficient productivity and value across the organization.
Develop end-user requirements to design, develop, configure and administer SFDC including APEX code, custom objects/fields, process builds, page layouts, workflow rules, external tool integrations, LWC.
Provide recommendations for process and application improvements utilizing best practices for SFDC and data management.
Full release management including creation of use cases and test plans as required Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, and training material Keep up to date on new SFDC and 3rd party apps, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business requirements.
Manage the database for the team regions and performed basic administration, de-duping and clean-up procedures.
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
Work with onsite/offshore team on a day to day basis for developing Lightning/ integration/ customizations
Good understanding of Business Process Flows.
Minimum qualifications:
BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA.
Typically requires experience in SFDC Admin, Development and Integration & Lightning.
Preferred qualifications
Must have Salesforce practice for minimum 3-6 Years.
