Advanced Data Scientists Skills:
Expert in methods and tools to extract, curate, explore, and analyze data from large data sources (e.g., SQL, Redshift, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, Oracle).  
Proven track record with machine learning (ML) tools to influence business decisions (e.g., Python, Spark, R, TensorFlow)
Extensive experience in the use of advanced statistics and the fundamentals of data/analytics algorithms and data structures
Experience with AWS, in particular RapidMiner, SageMaker
Experience conducting statistical analysis with advanced statistical software, scripting languages, and packages

Most importantly, looking for a Data Scientist that has experience working with Geo-location data (GPS information) to create geo-fencing 
and determining optimal location by scanning GPS pings.  However, a Data Scientists with analyzing GPS information would be important to project.
