Publish Tableau applications to production as requested by developers.
Define upgrade cycles and perform Tableau upgrades as scheduled; coordinate and communicate impact to developers and users.
Monitor activity on the Tableau server and address issues as they arise.
Work with analysts to define guidelines and policies for use of Tableau and define and implement corresponding processes and controls.
Manage access groups and permissions for published dashboards.
Document and resolve requests using ServiceNow.
Configure site infrastructure for maximum availability and performance.
Provide expert consulting on Tableau techniques and best practices.
Debug data issues in dashboards, reports, and data sources.
Ability to work independently with little oversight and direction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field as outlines in the essential duties; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
3+ years of experience in Tableau administration.
Strong knowledge of Tableau desktop, Tableau viewers, and Tableau server.
Strong understanding of data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work with Structured Query Language (SQL) for data exploration, debugging, and performance data access.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
