Business Analyst Role for Compliance IT group developing solutions for two work streams in a global project. Heavy emphasis on project management skills since this is the only full time position assigned to the project on the IT management side.

1. Eliciting requirements from business stakeholders through written communication and work sessions

2. Creating and update backlog in agile environment

3. Managing two projects and communicating with two different work streams within the IT environment

4. create/maintain artifacts such as BRDs, project plans, project timelines, PowerPoint decks for presentation to stakeholders.

5. Creating and updating IT documents (e.g. data source templates).

6. Lead meetings and stand ups with different teams/groups.

7. Extensive use of Confluence/JIRA, PowerPoint and Excel.

8. Knowledge of conflicts management would be a plus.
