• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
• Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
• Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings.
• Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
• Acts as safeguard for his team.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.

• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.

• Responsible for managing and evolving Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity.
• Facilitates the scrum process on scrum teams with significant cross-functional impacts involving project, non-project, or maintenance work.
• Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint/Iteration
• Manage and optimize the flow of value by steering the Agile Release Trains (ART) to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software consistently in large environments.
• The Scrum Master focus is to deliver value by managing program level processes, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) • Facilitate PI Planning readiness • Facilitate the PI planning event •
