• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions
• Performing requirements and data analysis
• Documenting requirements (story creation) and/or use cases, business cases, cost estimates, business value
• Leading ongoing reviews of technical designs, technical or business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Facilitates meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Working closely with clients, development teams, and architects
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Performing functional and acceptance testing as needed
• Drives deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Track requirements from initiation through final implementation
• Ability to understand and document technical processes, system architectures, data flows, application architectures, etc. to communicate effectively to others the current or future states

Required

• A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science or a related field. A combination of education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
• 7+ years technical business analyst related experience facilitating meetings and documenting requirements, architectures, workflows, etc.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience creating detailed functional designs and process flow documents
• Experience working with relevant technology concepts such as client-server, cloud, databases and web-based architectures, software development and optimization.
• Experience working with a variety of tech stacks; including, but not limited to, Java, C# .NET, Swift, and C++
• Familiar with software monitoring and metrics; including tools and processes for web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify business value
• Must be very familiar with software development processes and information that will help improve the quality, stability, and resilience of software products
• Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills
• Owns, mitigates risks and/or escalate issues to resolution
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of current QA and Development practices and standards
• Understands the layers of architectural tiers (Data, Application, Presentation)
• Ability to decompose complex solutions into workable parts
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to various levels of management through various delivery modes, including executive leadership
• Ability to work cross-functionally and concurrently on various teams and projects in a collaborative manner, serving as a mentor and coach
