•             Experience being in a technical lead role for an established Salesforce team

•             1-2 years of Lightning Web Component development

•             Extensive Apex development experience

•             Have a deep understanding of working with Salesforce metadata

•             Assist managers and product owners with impactful metrics related to code quality, regression and unit test coverage and acceptance.

•             Assist QA engineers with building testing pipelines by sharing expertise about the salesforce platforms

•             Assist and support DevOps Manager with organization of Salesforce release processes

•             Salesforce Platform App Builder and Developer 1 Certifications

•             Experience in a large-scale Salesforce implementation (>1000 users) preferably with multiple production orgs
