•             5+ years of Test Lead experience managing multiple testers and developing automated tests for API, UI & DB validation

•             3 - 5 years prior experience as a Sr. Automation Tester

•             Experience leading test teams

•             Experience working in Waterfall and Agile (scrum) methodology driven projects.

•             Experience in software testing practices (functional, non-functional including automation and performance)

•             Experience using Microsoft TFS or VSTS (defect management, task management, test management).

•             Experience using CI tools such as Microsoft VSTS tool or Jenkins (defect management, task management, test management and automated test execution).

•             Experience writing Selenium C# automated scripts (Selenium Java can be an additional skill set).

•             Experience using test framework such as TestNG, Nunit, JUnit, Jasmine.

•             Experience in Test Automation framework development ( Hybrid / TDD / BDD) from scratch

•             Systems Integration tester experience; back-end testing; database validation skills; web service testing experience

•             Ability to manage multiple priorities and having good situational awareness

•             Strong presentation skills

•             Experience in mobile testing (preferred)

•             Experience in defect management

•             Experience working with business users coordinating, facilitating UAT

•             Strong leadership skills

•             Strong experience in stakeholder and expectation management

•             Strong situational awareness skills

•             Strong organizational skills

•             Strong verbal and written communication skills

•             Strong collaboration skills

•             Proactively keeping up with the latest trends in testing

•             Must have some project Management and coordination skills

•             Strong experience working with various stakeholders to build, socialize and gain consensus on testing strategies

•             Experience using Visual Studio and/or Eclipse IDE

•             Knowledge of Git distributed version control system

•             Exposure or experience to Katalon is an added advantage
