Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the Brand Strategy & Operations team.
This role is responsible for technical project planning, management, and oversight of key initiatives as well as special assignments.
They are expected to ensure that selected projects are implemented and executed on time, in-scope and budget, and with the highest quality of deliverables.
They set the standard for each project, owning timelines, and monitoring the inputs from different stakeholders to successfully see projects through to completion.
The ability to manage multiple work communication styles is key.
Strong organization and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to offer unique creative solutions, manage/negotiate the expectations of your team and your clients, drive high levels of technical production performance in a high velocity/high-volume work environment, and stay in active communication with the creative teams and external design requestors.
Job Responsibilities:
Leading the planning, requirements and executional oversight of key technical initiatives, including our digital asset management tool, referred to as DAM or GDDAM, a Talent CRM and other programs as required
Work directly with various teams to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop a clear and actionable project plan
Set expectations with internal and external teams and handles prioritization for work coming to external technical vendors
Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines involving all relevant stakeholders
Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the project dev initiatives
Manage and monitor changes in scope, prioritization, schedules and costs across sometimes complex, multimedia project
Runs sprints and/or participates in sprint ceremonies run by other teams to ensure work items are covered
Facilitates project-related team meetings, communicating action steps ensuring all stakeholders have clear direction for next steps
Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous
Continually work to optimize process and workflow
Establishes strong relationships with internal/external teams while managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities
Job Requirements:
7+ years of relevant experience in project management, technical expertise preferred
Experience onboarding and leading external vendors and partners
Organizational, time management, scheduling expertise
Experience with Workfront, JIRA and/or Figma, a plus
3+ years’ experience running projects and working on project team using agile methodology
Has delivered production code working with other teams using Jira and/or other project management software.
Experience with large, complex, multi-stage projects
Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
Highly tech literate, should be able to master software and tools quickly
Self-starting, flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and has the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Team player with refined and assertive leadership skills and ability to positively influence change through solid rationale, supporting data, and diplomacy

Must have previous experience working with design, advertising and/or marketing teams
