Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, design engineers, leadership, and other QA engineers to strategize tests and ensure high quality products are released to customers.

Apply an approach to Quality Assurance that tackles test engineering related challenge sand develops durable yet extensible solutions

Work with individuals and teams to resolve testing risks and formulate plans to improve test coverage applying industry standards.

Develop test strategies, based on product requirements, to efficiently and accurately test the features.

Understand and participate in product requirements, architecture, and design.

Actively participate in the QA processes and improvements.

Provide excellent team support with maintenance and upkeep on primary testing tools.

Mentor Junior QA engineers.

Who You Are:

Detailed understanding of SDLC, specifically QA processes in Agile development cycles.

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.

5 years of testing Web based full stack applications.

Coding background Python in a quality engineering role for a minimum of 3 years.

Experience developing automation frameworks.

Current experience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes (entry)

Hands-on problem solving experience with CICD test automation (Jenkins or Gitlab CI).

Proficient with one or more bug tracking and test management tools (preferably JIRA)

Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with sophisticated applications.

Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Desire to work in a fast paced environment.

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for revolutionizing the agriculture industry with your skills!

Mobile application testing experience is a plus.

Hands-on experience with performance and failure mode testing is a plus.
