Why Open: Team is tasked with forming a “governance” organization to span across all business functions.  There are a lot of coordination efforts to help get this off the ground, and they do not have someone on the team with bandwidth to assist.  

Role: John is looking for a high level Program level thinker who can assist in scheduling meetings, running meetings/doing meeting minutes, coordinate with different teams and areas (security, compliance, policy, finance, etc) – this person will be accountable for pulling together all sub-committees, tracking issues, managing any escalations, etc.  The position is a high level leader who will help move the ITAM program forward.  Strong communication and collaboration skills are a requirement.

Team: This is on the Technology Lifecycle Management team under ETS (Infrastructure).  They are helping create the foundation and backbone of the ServiceNow product across the Enterprise via strategy, roadmapping, governance, and collaboration.  The team is tasked with re-engineering the way ITAM is looked at and utilized so they can identify “one process” across the Enterprise and then move that process to start getting things automated.
