Must haves:

·         Extensive Python development background (actually writing code, not just running it, monitoring it, tweaking it, etc)

·         Experience building batch workloads in a Hadoop environment (on-premise or cloud)

·         query structured and semi-structured (JSON/XML) data experience in a big data environment (HIVE)

·         Expertise building Spark applications (Pyspark or Scala)

·         moving data in/out of the Hadoop environment using SQOOP or Spark frameworks

Nice to haves:

·         Healthcare experience (familiarity with claims, provider, Medicare/Medicaid)
