Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business segment transformation in the areas of:
- Core project management responsibilities across all medium law firms and corporate digital & Omni-channel efforts, scheduling, action item capture, tracking, and reporting around progress
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, presentations, roadmaps, timelines, backlogs, and knowledge base
- Help plan, organize, and deliver comms to medium law firms and corporates channels, sub-segment, partners, and stakeholders
- Potential daily internal team check-ins, weekly medium law firms and corporates leadership meetings, monthly and ad hoc Stakeholder Updates and Key Change Program Meetings
- Help manage and provide support to medium law firms and corporates Omni-channel related market research efforts and pilots
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
- Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Well versed in agile methodologies and strong financial and business acumen.
