SAP FICO Functional Resource to develop user requirements. Creates a detailed Functional Requirements Document.
SAP FICO Functional resources with experience in Account Receivable, Account Payable, Month End Close, Lock Box Processing
Work closely with the Business Process Leads (BPLs) to analyze the new business requirements and propose feasible SAP solutions.
This also includes preparing Business Requirements Document (BRDs) and obtaining sign offs from the BPLs
Collaborate with business to present the SAP solution to Design Council (DC) team with proper business justification and approvals in place before commencing the development
Coordinate with offshore support team to prioritize tasks and resolve production issues in a timely manner with minimal escalations
Support SAP release strategy through collaboration across SAP development and functional teams ensuring appropriate transport management and release planning
Document all the changes and review Functional Specifications, Implementation Guides and Testing Documents before obtaining UAT signoffs from the business
Participate in Change Management meetings to present SAP changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and obtain necessary approvals before promoting the changes to Production System
Work with business/ends users in validating the changes after importing the transports to Production System and ensure there are no impacts to existing functionality
Resolve integration issues which require cross functional communication and demonstrate end to end business scenarios
Adhere to all the Production Support guidelines while providing day to day support to business users. This includes reviewing Runbook, Ops manual etc.
