Looking for a PM to help manage the programs multiple layers and workstreams within a hybrid Waterfall/ Agile model.  Work with cross functional teams, steering committee meetings, and help manage the projects cost and scope as well as vendor management, (they have a SAAS vendor and system integration vendor) work with the delivery team and stakeholders 

** Need to target people who have:
- Saas SW implementation experience
- Hybrid waterfall/ Agile
- Worked on multi-million dollar. large projects in a matrixed environment working with cross functional IT teams
