Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Ability to analyze data and determine/implement data enrichment or aggregation needs and identify

Consulting with stakeholders to define and determine scope

Strong working knowledge on with databases like Postgres, Redshift and proficient in SQL

Working with Tableau to create basic reporting

Review the quality of work delivered by our operational teams across various lines of business to find patterns and trends

Support the delivery of KPIs and performance metrics for our operational teams

Provide analysis for the monitoring of our operational teams and provide insights on our service levels for further enhancements

Gather and interpret data to help make enhancement recommendations for our operational processes in order to increase efficiency and accuracy on what and how we deliver our business objectives

Create reporting to track the progress of our teams in ensuring we are achieving objectives

Provide and effectively share back actionable data to make data driven decisions to elevate our performance

Should be able to build presentations to support various stakeholder meetings

Key Skills: Redshift, Postgress, SQL, Tableau, AWS/GCP experience would be a value add.
