8+ years of experience in SAP NetWeaver/Basis Administration and support SAP systems with DB2/HANA Databases on AIX/LINUX/WINDOWS Platforms.
Well versed in SAP Installation, Release upgrades and Support Package Stack update in SAP Products like ECC, CRM, SRM, BW, EWM, S/4HANA, MDG, SLT, etc.
Hands-on experience in supporting S/4HANA and SAP Hybris is an added advantage.
Should have hands-on support experience in SAP Products like ECC, CRM, SRM, BW, BPC, Solution Manager, LaMa, etc., with DB2/HANA Databases.
Hands-on experience in Solution Manager 7.2 Administration and Maintenance.
Experience in configuration of CTS+ for non-ABAP Transports.
Expert knowledge in UI5 configurations.
Implementation and Administration of SAP Fiori is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in SAP Systems Management in Cloud is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in Homogeneous and Heterogeneous System Copies and System Refreshes.
Experience in Point-to-Point replication configuration in S/4HANA, MDG and ECC systems.
Experience in SSO and SSL configurations.
Hands-on experience in SAP LaMa is an added advantage.
Should possess Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
Prior experience in SAP Performance Tuning.
Understanding of Web/Internet-based protocols.
Should have strong Communication and Technical skill set.
Should work closely with Technical/Functional teams as needed.
Demonstrate team work, self-management and multi-tasking abilities.
Should have knowledge in Service Now for Incident, Problem and Change Management Process.
Should provide good documentation for the tasks/work performed.
