7+ years of salesforce experience with at least 3+ years of salesforce CPQ business consulting experience
·Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study,
·Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
·Minimum Salesforce certifications:
· Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
· Salesforce App Builder
· Salesforce Administrator
· Salesforce CPQ Consultant
·Salesforce CPQ Badges and super badges on TRAILHEAD
Knowledge, Skill, Abilities and Responsibilities:
·Good knowledge about End-to-End Lead to cash Lifecycle
·Good knowledge about different SAAS metrics (ACV, ARR, TCV and MRR)
·On hands experience to implement product rules, price rules in CPQ
·Good knowledge of Salesforce CPQ processes like Upsell, Downsell, product swap, cancellation, auto-renewal scenarios
·Understand the impact of enabling Sales Territories, Multi-currency while implementing Salesforce CPQ
·Understanding about different sales methodologies
·Strong Analytical Skill who can measure sales team success
·Experience and understanding of software development methodologies. Preferred: Hybrid Agile, Agile, Scrum of Scrums
·Design and develop custom solutions on the salesforce platform including significant work in LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, application integration, and data migration
·Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically Sales Cloud
·Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment
·Works directly with clients to lead projects facilitate business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution
·Contribute the growth of the practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
·Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
·Good understanding of Copado Deployment best process
