Working and engagement directly with customers/clients is needed.
Candidates should have experience in performing the BA role within the context of software development projects
(E.g. existing application A does things 1, 2, 3). Client wants the application to also do new things 4, 5, 6.
Candidate will be doing requirements gathering/functional definition on 4, 5, 6.
Working within a development team to scope, develop, and implement projects.
BA role will not be doing “coding”, although a techno-functional background/role would be helpful
Experience with various integration methodologies
Realtime and batch integration (ISO8583/APIs/batch files)
Payments Domain is needed
EFT Domain with functional experience in transaction processing with Connex/Base24
E.g. Candidate that has done functional EFT development work for EFT processing companies (e.g. mastercard, NYCE, FIS, FISERV, VisaDPS are likely very good candidates)
ISO8583 messaging knowledge/data formatting
Other Payments domain would be preferred (nice to have)
Working on applications that support issuing debit cards
Chargeback/exceptions processing within the Debit/Credit space
