• Drive requirement elicitation, drive analysis for the project for all the systems related to the solution.
• Interact with internal BA and users to gather detailed requirements and help convert them to technical requirements for technical teams.
• Be the lead help coordinate the project.
• Identify, document, communicate and mitigate project risks.
• Create, maintain and share all project related documents as needed like requirements, risk register, issue list, presentations etc
• Support PM in project management activities like planning, estimation etc.
• Support project communications with stakeholders
• Manage the Change Control process for assigned projects
• Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project team to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully
• Lead requirement analysis for one or more projects at any given time, depending on the needs of the business
• Lead cross-functional team requirement sessions and ensure capture of discussion points and action items
• Learn the system landscape. Support to Gather, review and analyze user requirements.
• Translate client requirements to system / functional requirements to facilitate requirement reviews and subsequent design; this will involve both oversight and hands-on requirement development, depending on project scope
• Lead and participate in testing of system requirements.
• Work with business managers to understand the new technology-based business improvements needed.
• Assist or lead the development of business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing and training
• Work in a validated environment.
• Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 10 years’ experience as a BA with strong experience of the Software Development full life cycle development as well as integration projects
• Experience with Application Development related Technologies for 4+ years (specially exposure to Database, Client server technologies, Web technologies, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues
• Experience in requirement analysis for external vendor product integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Computer Science is preferred
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into systems level requirements
• Proven ability to take ownership of complex cross organizational issues and drive them to closure
• Proactive and Quick learner with strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong BA skills with technical background required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Validated Systems experience is desired
• Knowledge of IQ OQ PQ processes is desired
• Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
• Strong organizational Skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
• Able to complete assignment with minimal direction
• Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies
• Strong client support orientation
