• Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of Data Models

• Ability to extract and aggregate data for production support and reporting

• Previous development background or understanding of programming languages is a big plus

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles and methodologies

• Strong analytical ability and practical experience with requirements elicitation and analysis as well as gap analysis

• Practical experience with documenting business and functional requirements using either a BRD/FRD format or a Use Case / User Story format and including Process Flow diagrams

• Client relationship management experience including an ability to successfully negotiate scope inclusions/exclusion with the customer

•Healthcare Background and understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations in the context of systems implementations
