● Engagement with Senior Business Unit stakeholders across all to understand their drivers and develop their thinking about telephony requirements and the associated benefits, and ensure these are aligned to the Zoom Phone capabilities and project objectives
● Conduct planning, prioritisation, requirements and benefits elicitation workshops
● Work closely with the solutions architects to interpret and communicate requirements and determine solution options and communicate these to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Document and manage project requirements/stories/acceptance criteria
● Manage the scope of the project throughout delivery ensuring stakeholders needs are represented and that delivery teams have all the necessary information / artefacts to deliver the required features
● Undertake self-directed research and gap analysis to inform stakeholder thinking, the content solutions pipeline and roadmap
● Use a structured problem solving approach to identify technical and business process requirements
● Provide leadership and direction to delivery stakeholders in order to ensure the success of content solutions projects in meeting the needs of our customers
● Share industry and competitor awareness with stakeholders to influence and inform future projects
● Maintain awareness of external business analysis practices, procedures and support the improvement of business analysis processes and documentation
