1. Need to work with client development team and offshore development team in close coordination.

2. Need to actively participate in technical design and other discussions.

3. Should have strong and clear communication skills.

4. Should be able to do the code reviews.

5. Will be required in planning and grooming meetings.

6. Need to work closely with product and other stakeholders for technical inputs in the requirements.

7. Should have good experience in Agile and scrum development.
