This QA analyst will be joining a small engineering team focused on building and maintaining tooling to enable onboarding newly acquired companies into our back-office system landscape. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable and able to learn new technologies quickly, writing documentation, testing APIs, and validating large data-sets.

What you'll Do

•             Write user documentation on new functionality

•             Do functional testing in user interfaces and back-end logic.

•             Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/contending timelines and demands.

What you need to succeed

•             Bachelors in Information Technology or Technical Writing or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience

•             Hands-on experience using API testing tools such as Postman

•             Familiar with Salesforce.com and or Dynamics365

•             Familiar with JIRA and Confluence Wiki.
