Looking for a UX designer lead who will interact with various product owners to understand product requirements and develop a UX strategy for all applications.

This candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistency across deliverables, managing teams at onsite/offshore and ensure timely delivery of UX artifacts.

Experience

• 10-15 years of experience as UX designer/Senior Information Architect/UX Consultant

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from various stakeholders

• Conduct research activities to understand user needs

• Convert business requirements in to UX strategy

• Create UX delivery plan

• Create persona’s wireframes, user journeys, workflows and other UX deliverables

• Create UX pattern library for use across applications

• Manage offshore/onsite UX teams

• Review wireframes, visual designs and developed pages created by UX team

• Present UX deliverables to stakeholders

• Enforce consistency across applications

• Experience building complex web applications for desktop, mobile, tabs – not just websites
