JOB DETAIL

  • + 10 year of business systems analysis in CRM Space
  • 6+ years of experience working in a CRM analyst role
  • Prior development experience highly preferable
  • At least one end to end Siebel / Salesforce implementation or upgrade experience
  • Expert in Siebel CRM Modules: Lead, Opportunity, Service Request, Contact, Account etc.
  • Good understanding of Siebel/SFRC  Architecture and implementation
  • Understanding of how systems integrate/work together with Siebel CRM
  • Expert in creating user stories, writing acceptance criteria , running Agile ceremonies
  • Must have SAFe Certification
  • Prior TIAA experience highly desirable
