- HTML & CSS Data-flow Diagram
- UI Development
- Build and unit tested modules for the system
- Use cases and misuse cases for handoff to QA team
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- HTML/HTML5/DHTML/XHTML;
- CSS;
- CSS Frameworks (such as Bootstrap);
- Responsive web design;
- JavaScript;
- JavaScript Frameworks (such as JQuery), AJAX, JSON, XML, RSS;
- Web Accessibility Standards (Section 508);
- Development for major browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari);
- Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or their equivalent).
- Ability to produce technical documentation;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;
- Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is desired;
- Experienced with formal SDLCs and business analysis methodologies;
- Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders;
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources;
- Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made;
- Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project;
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
- Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
